Port of Sudan is located in the east of Sudan and is situated adjacent to the Red Sea. After discussions with the Sea Ports Corporation of Sudan (SPC), it was decided to update their business plan from 2008, to form both a technical and financial basis for the preparation of the new upcoming concession contract of the port. Sellhorn Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH was contracted to support Hamburg Port Consulting (HPC), with the update of this business plan, with the focus of updating the relevant civil engineering components
